Old Spice: There’s literally a mountain of freshness growing out of my armpit

Possibly my favorite composing job in the history of composing jobs. Creating the soundtrack for the successorizing, confident stallion in these Old Spice spots has been more fun than getting my first Casio keyboard when I was 8. Funny, I used that keyboard to create the SEARING FACEMELTER SOUND towards the end.

My friend saw this spot on the big screen before a movie. He said the whole crowd was totally into it, until the end when a few folks groaned when they realized it was a commercial. Uncle Walt Whitman from beyond the grave, inspiring a generation to take a chance and be great again. And sell some jeans while they’re at it. I say go forth.
